Dr. Palalay graduated from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He served his fellowship in medical oncology and hematology at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a teaching attending with the University of Hawaii Internal Medicine Residency Program and part of the American College of Physicians, American Society of Clinical Oncology and Philippine Medical Association. Dr. Palalay is Board Certified in oncology and hematology.
